There is a PO Box for donations in the US on the Friends House Moscow
website.
The Quaker FWCC website shows the costs of caring for the refugees
in Poland, Estonia, and Georgia...for example rent for a one bedroom
is 250-300 euros, bandage .40 euro, blood transfusion .40 euros,
covid test 2.80 euros ea etc.
