A statement by the Merrimack Valley People for Peace of North Andover, Massachusetts, USA regarding the immediate crisis in Gaza.

The Merrimack Valley People for Peace (MVPP) mourns with those in the Middle East who are suffering the loss of loved ones and living in fear and desperation.

MVPP, agreeing with Albert Einstein's definition of insanity: "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results," calls for an immediate cease-fire by Palestinians and Israelis to end the insanity that has overtaken them.

MVPP stands in solidarity with those Palestinians and Israelis who are working nonviolently to bring peace and reconciliation to their people.
